It’s not yet confirmed yet but there are reports currently making the rounds that English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur will try to make a move for Bristol City goalkeeper DA iel Bentley in the January winter transfer window. There are questions about why they would want to sign another goalkeeper especially after signing one from Italian Serie A side Atalanta this summer in the person of Pierluigi Gollini. The goalkeeper was signed from Atalanta in the summer transfer window to serve as a strong backup option to Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris and its a surprise that even though the summer acquisition is yet to feature much this season, Spurs are already being linked to yet another goalpeeper signing.

The reports are claiming that Tottr ham were willing to sign Bentley as they are planning for life after Lloris, with the France international goalkeeper said to be nearing the latter stages of his career.
